What you'll do

  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and referrals
  • Educate homeowners on solar savings and financing options
  • Run in-home consultations and design custom solar proposals
  • Close deals and shepherd customers through installation
  • Hit and exceed weekly sales targets

What we look for

  • Hunger to win and a thick skin for rejection
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-discipline and reliable transportation
  • Sales experience a plus — but not required
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
